เริ่มจากโปรแกรมของ JiniSoft Corporation มีการบรรจุโปรแกรม JiniSoft Module ซึ่งเป็น CRM ( Front Office ) และ ERP ( Enterprise Resource Planning )
มาให้ฟรี เพราะไม่มีตัวแทน หรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญท่านใด จะให้บริการแก่ผู้ซื้อโปรแกรมได้ครบทุก Module หรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะเรื่อง ซึ่งแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มหลัก ๆ
คือ Financial, Human Resource, Manufacturing และ CRM ( Front Office แยกตามประเภทธุรกิจ เช่น โรงแรม, โรงพยาบาล, ภัตตาคาร, ระบบเช่าซื้อ ฯลฯ )
เราจึงพัฒนาระบบบริการหลังการขายขึ้นมา โดยแยกออกจากระบบผู้จัดจำหน่าย แบ่งเป็นการให้บริการโดยช่างผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ซึ่งเจ้าของสินค้าจะเป็นผู้ทดสอบความสามารถทางวิชาการ
และจำนวนผู้ใช้บริการ จะเป็นผู้ให้คะแนนความเชี่ยวชาญทางภาคปฏิบัติ และค่าบริการจะขึ้นอยู่กับระดับความเชี่ยวชาญ และการให้บริการโดยระบบ Artificial Intelligence
ในการให้บริการตอบปัญหาเบื้องต้น ทั้งในรูปแบบถามตอบ และการใช้โปรแกรมตรวจสอบ ( เพราะนับจากนี้ไป อุปกรณ์อีเลคโทรนิค และเครื่องจักรกลทุกชนิด จะใช้โปรแกรมควบคุมการทำงาน
หรือบริหารการปฏิบัติงานผ่านระบบ Internet ) จึงมีการพัฒนาโปรแกรม Remote Maintenance ผ่านเครือข่าย Internet เพื่อให้ช่างผู้เชี่ยวชาญ หรือโปรแกรมระบบ Artificial Intelligence เข้าไปตรวจสอบ
และบริการให้สินค้าทำงานได้ตามปกติ ภายใต้สิทธิ์ของผู้อนุมัติ ให้ช่างผู้เชี่ยวชาญ หรือโปรแกรมระบบ Artificial Intelligence ทำงาน และสิทธิ์ในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลเฉพาะ Configuration
หรือ Report ที่ผู้อนุมัติมีสิทธินำเสนอสูงภายนอก เท่านั้น
